Permanent Equipment Marking: Traceability You Can Trust
For critical assets and rope access equipment, permanent marking plays a vital role in traceability and inventory control. We provide an in-house dot peen marking service using the powerful Propen P5000 machine, capable of marking all types of metals - including aluminium, stainless steel, and brass - with a hardness rating of up to 62 HRC.
Dot peen marking uses a stylus that rapidly strikes the material in a programmed pattern, creating permanent, legible serial numbers, batch IDs, or custom asset tags. It’s a precise, rugged method that ensures markings remain intact and readable even under harsh environmental conditions and repeated use.
